The Witherspoon Life Group started August 2025. It is for adults of all ages and stages. The class started with a few couples ages 50 and older. Ricky’s teaching is down-to-earth and encouraging with most classes involving good-hearted laughter. The Witherspoons are transparent; sharing their own life experiences in hopes of creating an atmosphere that will foster spiritual growth, relationships, and community. The Christian walk has all different types of seasons. The goal is to “do this life” on mission and together.
Ricky and Mitsie married in 1985. They have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren. Ricky is an electrical engineering consultant with Fisher Arnold in Germantown. Mitsie is retired from 30+ years in financial services marketing and now serves as a project manager in Bellevue’s Missions department.
